One of the best things I ever did was become a member of the Havasu Leadership Development Class of 2011. We not only learned about the city workings, public speaking (ugh!) and leadership skills but we had to propose and finish a communtity project! Ours is/was Heart Of Havasu Park. But as our class kept getting smaller and smaller, we were also deamed "mighty at heart!" This design was created for our fundraising efforts to be raffled off. It symbolizes the delicate balance while working with a team of ...ahem...sometimes unusual and interesting characters!
